SCHOLARSHIPS OF UP TO FULL TUITION

VinUni’s Scholarship Program offers various packages, starting from 50% of tuition fees. The highest scholarship level covers 100% of tuition and living expenses.

EMPOWERING EVERY STUDENT: 35% TUITION SUBSIDY FROM VINGROUP

From 2025 to 2030, all students enrolling at VinUniversity will be granted a 35% tuition subsidy, applied for the full duration of their studies.

MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS

From 50% up to Full-ride scholarships, Merit-based Scholarship: Awarded to applicants with outstanding academic performance and strong personal qualities – those who demonstrate aspiration and ambition, creative thinking, and a proactive, resilient spirit who never give up on their dreams.

President’s Excellence Scholarship: Full-ride scholarship (Covers 100% of tuition and living expenses).
Provost’s Merit Scholarship: Covers 100% of tuition
Dean’s Distinction Scholarship: Covers 80% or 90% of tuition.
Discipline’s Honor Scholarship: Covers 50%, 60%, or 70% of tuition.

(*) Merit-Based Scholarships already include the 35% tuition subsidy.

SPECIAL ENCOURAGEMENT SCHOLARSHIPS (*Stackable):

Special Academic Scholarship: Offers a 5% tuition waiver for selected academic disciplines, as designated for each academic year.
WIT (Woman in Tech) Scholarship: Provides an additional 5% tuition support for female applicants pursuing studies in technology or science-related fields.
Vinschool-VinUni Scholarship: Covers a 5% tuition waiver for Vinschool graduates who are admitted to VinUniversity.
Vingroup Family Scholarship: Available for children of Vingroup employees and executives, as part of the Group’s commitment to fostering talent within its community.

SPECIAL SPONSORED SCHOLARSHIPS FROM PRIVATE FUND

This program supports exceptional applicants who have earned a Merit-based Scholarship (80% or higher) but still face financial barriers in pursuing their dreams at VinUni. These scholarships are generously funded by dedicated donors, with selection criteria determined by each scholarship fund.

DeanChoi Grant by Soosan (10% tuition fee): For students of the College of Business & Management (CBM) and the College of Engineering & Computer Science (CECS). This scholarship supports outstanding young talents, encouraging them to boldly pursue academic excellence and innovation.
Future Leader (10% học phí): For students across all Colleges. This scholarship honors young individuals who aspire to become the next generation of leaders – those with vision, resilience, and a commitment to creating positive impact in their communities.

HOLISTIC ADMISSIONS CRITERIA – AACC

VinUniversity evaluates applicants holistically across four AACC criteria (A – Outstanding Ability: Exceptional academic aptitude; A – Aspiration: Strong passion and ambition; C – Creativity: Innovative and creative thinking; C – Commitment: Resilience and determination). The Admissions Committee does not rely solely on exam scores or GPA. Therefore, no matter your background or circumstances, if you demonstrate aspiration – intellect – resilience, you can conquer a VinUni’s scholarship.

OPPORTUNITY FOR “DUAL SCHOLARSHIPS”

In addition to Merit-based Scholarships, applicants may also receive other incentive or special scholarships, such as: Women-In-Tech Scholarship, Dean Choi Grant by Soosan colongmerate, Future Leader Scholarship, etc.

A LONG-TERM SUPPORT COMMITMENT

Scholarships are applied throughout the entire undergraduate program, provided students meet the minimum renewal requirements. Notably, during their studies, if students demonstrate exceptional academic or research performance or initiate impactful projects, they may be considered for additional progress scholarships or achievement awards.

Third phase – Rolling Round: 15/06/2026 – 15/08/2026

Application fee waiver (worth 2,000,000 VND) for candidates attending VinUni Open Day or other upcoming Admissions events.
