VINUNI OFFICIALLY OPENS ADMISSION FOR THE MASTER OF SCIENCE PROGRAMS – ACADEMIC YEAR 2025 – 2026

In the context of rapid changes in science and technology, pursuing a Master of Science degree increasingly requires a clear academic orientation, a strong commitment to rigorous research, and a long-term development pathway. Therefore, choosing an appropriate academic and research environment plays a decisive role.
VinUni officially announces admissions for the Master of Science (Research Track) programs for the 2025 – 2026 academic year. These programs are designed for applicants who seek to develop strong research capabilities in an international-standard academic environment while building a solid foundation for future doctoral studies.
In this admission round, VinUni accepts applications for three key disciplines:
- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
- Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Master of Science in Computer Science
The Master of Science programs at VinUni are designed for students who aim to deepen their academic expertise, with a strong focus on scientific thinking, research methodology, and the ability to generate valuable knowledge in an increasingly interdisciplinary and application-driven science and technology landscape.
Throughout the program, students will work closely with leading faculty members and professors, many of whom are ranked among the world’s most influential researchers in 2025 and the top 2% of most-cited scientists globally. Close mentorship from these scholars supports students in developing rigorous research thinking, accessing international academic standards, and gradually building independent research capacity.
Beyond coursework, students will actively participate in ongoing research projects at VinUni, working within modern laboratory facilities and the university’s open research infrastructure. This provides an essential foundation for gaining hands-on research experience, progressing toward high-quality scientific publications, and preparing for doctoral studies at VinUni or other leading universities worldwide.
All students admitted to the Master’s program at VinUni will receive comprehensive financial support, including a monthly stipend of VND 20,000,000 throughout the study period and a 100% tuition waiver, with the listed tuition fee at VND 932,400,000 per year. The total financial support for each student over the entire program exceeds VND 2,300,000,000, reflecting VinUni’s strong commitment to investing in high-quality research-oriented human capital.
Application period: January 1, 2026 – January 15, 2026 (for the February 2026 intake).
