VinUni organized the Science, Technology and Innovation Leadership Training Program
On December 20, nearly 50 leaders from the Ministry of Science and Technology and different provinces participated in the Science, Technology and Innovation Leadership Training Program at VinUni. The program included micro-learning lectures from leading Professors on the situation and potential of Innovation, Design Thinking, Strategic Thinking and Global Thinking in the management of innovation, as well as lessons of success and failure around the world.

Within the framework of this training program, leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology were impressed with the practical and useful sharing delivered by leaders of Vingroup. The sharing covered how Vingroup builded its brand and manage human resource in 6 ways – a unique characteristic of the Group: Systematization, Nuclearization, Simplification, Standardization, Automation and Efficiency.
