POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research best practices for Pre-college programs at universities.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for projects, initiatives, and programs (including scheduling, planning payments, purchasing…).
  • Assist in the management of the digital learning platform and monitor performance and reviews.
  • Assist in planning and overseeing special events, meetings, and workshops of the college.
  • Manage external relations regarding the program and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and consolidate information and recommendations.
  • Run miscellaneous errands for the program.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • A passion for education and working with students.
  • English proficiency: intermediate or IELTS 6.5.
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit ability to multitask on a regular basis.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Communicate clearly, politely, and effectively.
  • Work well with a range of different individuals.
  • Possess good phone etiquette.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of proper compositional practices to aid in writing and proofreading.
  • Exhibit good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to think creatively to assist in special event planning and marketing.
  • Be capable of leaving the office to run errands throughout the day.
