The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) is organizing a Public Seminar on the theme: Vietnam-U.S. Comprehensive Strategic Partnership: Opportunities and Challenges”.

  • Emeritus Professor Carl Thayer, a leading international expert on Vietnam, regional and international relations, at the Australian Defence Force Academy, the University of New South Wales in Australia.

  • Analyse and discuss the pillars in CSP.
