Basic Life Support Training Course for Employees of Nghi Son 2 Power LLC

On August 16-17, 2022, VinUniversity Medical Simulation Center organized a basic life support training course for employees of Nghi Son 2 Power LLC. The training helps to assure a safe working environment at the factory.
The training course centered on CPR skills based on real-life situations that can be encountered at work and in daily life.
At the beginning of the course, the instructors were astounded with the plant employees’ knowledge on first aid. The questions raised were enthusiastically discussed by learners and learners’ opinions were very accurate. Notably, everyone enjoyed the practice component of the course. Through instructors’ ‘hands-on’ teaching method, learners were able to grasp knowledge easily and perfect their individual first aid skill.
After two days of training, Mr. Tran Kim Manh shared: “Thank you to our instructors for coming and training the plant’s employees. The course helped me better understand how theory and practice differ. The practice situations were very realistic. Despite being a simulated practice, I felt myself tremble, and my heart beat fast every time.”
As an educational institution, the Simulation Center upholds the spirit of “learning and practice go hand in hand”. It is why the Center always prioritizes the practical component of first aid training courses to help students become more confident when facing dangerous situations in real-life.
