VinUni follows a credit-based system, so you can actively plan to accumulate credits and shorten your study time from the standard 4 years to 3.5 years.

VinUni promotes integrated interdisciplinary education, so students can choose to study in the following ways:
1. Single major.
2. Double major (within the same College).
3. Major-minor (the minor may be taken across Colleges)..
4. Joint degree/dual degree (within the same College or across two different Colleges).
5. Integrated degree at partner universities.

The curriculum has been co-designed and quality-assured by two top world universities, Cornell and Pennsylvania. It is built upon accreditation standards for each program such as AACSB for business administration, ABET for engineering and computer science, ACEN for nursing, etc.

Yes. These are compulsory courses for all full-time undergraduate students at VinUniversity.

The curriculum is designed, administered, and delivered in full compliance with the regulations, guidelines, and learning outcomes prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) of Vietnam. The entire curriculum, including course syllabi and teaching materials, adheres to the official textbooks and instructional frameworks issued by MOET. Faculty members responsible for teaching these courses are recruited and appointed in accordance with the professional qualifications and requirements stipulated by MOET.

 

Yes. The leadership of the College of Arts and Sciences, together with the Quality Assurance Office, conducts comprehensive reviews and evaluations of teaching quality every six months. The findings from these assessments serve as the basis for curriculum enhancement and faculty development. To strengthen students’ ability to apply theoretical concepts in real-world contexts, the University also invites guest speakers, organizes extracurricular seminars, and organizes field-based learning activities.
