Career Prospects

100% of students will intern in their fourth year at companies within the Vingroup ecosystem or major partners. However, for some institutes, students will intern earlier:

– Students from the Collge of Engineering and Computer Science will intern from the third year.
– Students from the Collge of Business &Management will intern from the first year.
-Students from the College of Health Sciences will intern at major hospitals such as Military Hospital 108, National Children’s Hospital, Mental Hospital, Vinmec, and will be “”hand-held”” to have the opportunity to understand which position in the units suits them best.”

With one of VinUni’s core values ​​emphasizing the “leadership” role of students, the most promising projects will be mentored by advisors from the Entrepreneurship Lab (including entrepreneurs/CEOs, co-founders, and C-level leaders at Finhay, MoMo, Amazon Web Services, etc.) and receive weekly coaching and idea development support. When the idea is mature, students will be sponsored $2,000 per project to test the incubation phase in the Incubator Program. The best projects will be selected for the Acceleration round with many support and sponsorship up to $10,000 per team.

During your study at VinUni, you can study and work at various positions within the university, such as research assistants, internships in departments such as the President’s Office, Library, Admissions Office, Marketing and Communications Department, Information Technology Department, Alumni – Industry and Development Department, Student Affairs Office,… from the first year with a maximum salary of 5,000,000 VND NET/month.

2. Further Education: Pursue master’s or doctoral programs at VinUni or enroll in integrated dual-degree programs at partner universities.

3. Entrepreneurship and Startup Ventures: Some students have already launched startups during their studies, such as UpYouth. Students are immersed and challenged in VinUni’s E-Lab environment.
