After one month after submitting your application, you will receive the scholarship results, and after two months, you will receive the financial aid results.

  • The admission result can be deferred for up to one academic year in case you have a valid reason. However, please note that you must submit a deferral request at least 30 days before the start of the first semester of the first year. The admissions council will review and approve the applicant’s deferral request.
  • Applicants are only allowed to defer once.
  • Deferred scholarship results are conditional – when the applicant reapplies to the university, the council will review and reassess the scholarship results (meaning the scholarship result may increase or decrease).
  • Financial aid results cannot be deferred as they are assessed based on the applicant’s financial circumstances at the time of the admissions application.

You do not need to provide predicted scores if you have not taken the exams yet. Instead, you only need to supplement your application with your complete GPA from high school. This is because your scholarship results depend not only on your grades but also on evaluations based on the criteria set by the AACC.

– After enrollment, you can apply for credit exemption for equivalent courses in the program.
– The exemption evaluation depends on the degree of equivalence of the course, the results may be:
+ Fully exempted and recognized with a “”T-Transfer”” grade.
+ Conditionally exempted (for example: additional practical scores or achieving a passing score in the course exam may still be required) to ensure students have equivalent knowledge.
