You may view the Admission Announcement for important information on the application timeline, requirements, checklist, etc. Key highlights are as follows:

1. Application timeline

  • Application period:

Round 1: from April 1 to May 15, 2026

Round 2: from June 1 to July 15, 2026

  • Application review and announcement of results: from June 2026 to August 2026
  • Enrollment procedures: August 2026 
  • Program commencement: September 2026 

2. Application checklist

  • Bachelor’s degree certificate and academic transcript (translated into English)
  • Statement of Purpose (maximum 2 pages), addressing the following questions: (1)Why does the applicant choose to pursue a Master’s degree?; (2) Why does the applicant wish to apply to VinUniversity?; (3) The applicant’s research experience and research interests; (4) The applicant’s future plans after completing the Master’s program;
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) in English;
  • Contact information of two referees (Professors or lecturers who have previously taught or supervised the applicant);
    English language certificates or proof of English proficiency for programs delivered in English;
  • Evidence of scientific research achievements, research projects, and published papers (if any), including: certified copies of scientific research awards; official confirmation of the applicant’s role as principal investigator or participant in research projects issued by competent authorities; copies of the journal cover page, table of contents, and full paper pages for published articles;
  • Certificate of recognition issued by the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training, for Bachelor’s degrees awarded by foreign higher education institutions.

3. Admission fee

  • 2.000.000 VND/Candidate (applies to candidates invited to the Interview round). 

4. Scholarships and Living allowance support

  • Tuition fee: 932,400,000 VND/per year

Currently, the program offers a 100% tuition fee waiver for admitted students in accordance with the University’s regulations.

  • Living allowance support: 20,000,000 VND/per month

 

Step 3: Find your preferred supervisors or research projects

You will be asked to indicate up to three preferred supervisors or research projects in your application. Additionally, we encourage you to proactively reach out to potential supervisors to learn more about their projects before applying.

Step 4: Start your application

Submit and upload your application via PORTAL.

Note: Applicants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents submitted on the system. The University will conduct a post-admission verification upon enrollment. If any discrepancies are found that affect the admission results, the applicant will be handled in accordance with the admissions regulations.
