How to Apply for Financial Support (For New Students / Incoming Applicants)

1. Eligibility

  • Have passed the application screening round and are eligible for the interview round in the admission process. Once eligible, applicants will receive an official email with detailed instructions on how to complete and submit their Financial Aid application.

2. Application Timeline

  • Financial Aid applications are reviewed monthly.
  • Submission deadline: Before 11:59 PM on the 15th of each month.
  • Results announcement: On the 15th of the following month.
    (Example: Applications submitted by April 15 → Results released on May 15)

Please note: The review and announcement dates may vary slightly if they coincide with weekends, public holidays, or university breaks. Any adjustment to the schedule will be communicated in advance via email.

3. Required Documents

  • Financial Aid Application Form (online submission via the VinUni Portal).
  • Supporting financial documents: Please refer to the “Guidelines and Document Checklist for Financial Aid Application[here] for detailed requirements.

4. Submission Process

  • Prepare all documents according to the checklist.
  • Log in to the VinUni Applicant Portal and complete the Financial Aid Form.
  • Upload all required documents in PDF format.
  • Submit before the monthly deadline (11:59 PM on the 15th).
  • Wait for the review outcome – results will be sent to your registered email.

5. Review and Decision

  • All applications are reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee.
  • The decision is based on:
    • Verified financial need.
    • Academic commitment and integrity.
    • Availability of financial aid funds.
  • Final results are confidential and non-transferable.
